netball training =)

today woke up at 705.

no need alarm clock nor morning call.

my cousin come whack me in the morning.

pulling my leg and hair >.<

so then i when to bathe and get ready.

exciting.

sui ling and his bro came and pick me up.

and then we went to school together.

i thought it would be interesting.

bout i was wrong.

it was just 5 of us.

me, sui, chua, serene, nana

those kb fellarr... didnt turn up again

dont want play just say lar keep ffk

so we just practise the 'cut the cake'

and 'L' thingy only.

while after that the shooters when to practise shoot.

im alone without defenders

nothing train about

and nobody going to train be fore my stepping

dont wanna waste time.

i just run the whole hall.

to practise stamina

as my stamina is like shit

and so slow reaction liao

dont want to admit im old also cannot T_T

sui are good she reach her goals.

at 150 shoots.

while chua abit little compared.

erm she just reach 100

congratz

so i wish you guys did better ^^v
